Tray Tuesday

I didn't intend to do a Tray Tuesday post today, but O asked to eat from her muffin tin and it was dirty. Luckily, the tray was clean, and she was excited about eating from it. She had cucumber sandwich triangles, rotisserie chicken and banana pepper strips, avocados and black olives, and whole grain goldfish and raisins. Its very similar to yesterday's muffin tin!

It sure looks like O is a great eater! You have done a wonderful job with her! I am so interested to see if she stays this way...Josh did not and it is one of my biggest frustrations. He has definitely gotten pickier!

  2. Thanks, Shannon! She's never been picky, and I dread the day that she decides to be. I'm sure it will happen one day, but I'm REALLY hoping that it won't!

  3. I am going to have to try this with my daughter! She is stuck in a major food rut and it's frustrating trying to think of things she'll actually eat. I think a cute tray or muffin tin would be just the ticket on getting her excited about new foods.

  4. Do you mind sharing what you put in the cucumber sandwitches with the cucumbers?

    They look so yummy!
Do you keep a rough list of all the items you put in the tins or divided plates?

  5. One thing I've wondered about the trays and muffin tins is how long it takes her to eat all that! Is that snacks and lunch? Just lunch? Is it left at her reach to graze on or do you seat her at the table?

I think my boy would like to eat this way too, once I get off my hiney to do it!

By the way, I've found your blog to be extremely inspiring and I look forward to doing more activities with my toddler when the new baby is a little bit older.

    Thanks!
