Those of you who've read this blog for a while know that I love a good deal, so after holiday shopping is always fun for me :) I was excited by my after Easter deals, especially the silicone cupcake liners since we can use those now. We'll save the bunny cottage for next Easter, and we may use the chocolate candy molds to make gifts for a couple of special grandmas soon :)
Use the candy molds to make rainbow crayons! Just melt down the broken ones!
ReplyDeleteThat's a great idea! I'm also thinking of putting plaster of paris in them, and then letting O paint the flowers.
ReplyDeleteWe made the bunny cottage this year and it is super cute. I'll have to see if I can find some great deals.
ReplyDeleteMy husband and son came home from shopping last week with bagloads of clearance easter stuff. My husband can't pass up clearance deals either. My son was sad, though, because they didn't get a bunny house.
ReplyDeleteAshlee, that's an awesome idea! How clever!
ReplyDeleteI love after-holiday deals! :)
I just love reading your blog and have bookmarked MANY activities to do with my boys. I haven't yet... juggling a 2.5 year old and an 8 month old is much more difficult than I thought it would be!
ReplyDeleteBut I would love to see what your day-to-day looks like! I'm so lost for a place to start structuring our day a bit more; would you be able to share that with us? Even what time you each wake up, eat, etc.?
Thanks so much, and I look forward to reading more. :)
