bell pepper strips (from our garden), sweet potatoes (from our garden...SO exciting to dig these up!), whole wheat macaroni and cheese (made with cottage cheese and shredded cheddar cheese...SO simple and they love it), orange slices, and walnuts (not pictured). They usually drink milk with breakfast and water with lunch and dinner.
Thanks for all the wonderful ideas on your blog! I would love to know how to make your macaroni and cheese. It looks like something my boys would love! (me, too :) )
ReplyDeleteThis totally looks like our lunches too! My daughter will not eat anything cooked unless it is pasta or an Amy's burrito or plain rice. So we do lots of little trays full of different foods.
ReplyDeleteCan you please share the mac and cheese recipe? Love your blog.
ReplyDeleteLove the tray and the balanced meal. Vibrant colors are very appetizing. Thanks for the ideas! Renee
ReplyDeleteI don't follow a recipe or measure anything, but I'll pay attention to what I do next time I make it and then share it with you :)
ReplyDeleteLove these posts! Thanks for sharing.
