Making Melkkos...South Africa
The girls and I made melkkos when we were studying South Africa. Melkkos is made from milk, flour, and cinnamon. It's easy to make and the girls thought it was yummy.
Here is the recipe.
The girls loved mashing the butter into the flour.

ReplyDeleteWe make melkkos all the time on cooler days but as a filling afternoon snack after school! I use sago in it.
Will try your recipe as I always follow the one I have.
