Beauty Shop in a Box

My mom compiled a Beauty Shop in a Box for O and my niece for Christmas, and they LOVE it! She gathered a hair dryer, curling iron, curlers, hair straightener, etc from thrift stores and family members and cut off the cords (for safety). O loves for Guh-guh to put her hair in curlers, and both girls have had so much fun with this wonderful gift.

I got my 2.5 year old a set like this for Christmas and she loves it. But the one I got cost 20 bucks and is covered in princesses. What a great idea your mom had!

Emily would love this she has been so into doing my hair recently. She likes to brush it out and then put every clip that she can find into my hair!

What a fantastic idea! My curling iron just gave up the ghost on me (after probably 15 years!). So, I could totally make this for free, as I have all the other props already. I have one daughter in particular that would love this box!
Thank you,

Such a cute idea! I bought a play set for my daughter for Christmas, but they always love the "real thing" so much more!
