Initial Consonants Practice

I downloaded and printed this initial consonants activity from Confessions of a Homeschooler. I laminated the cards, and joined the cards together with a book ring.

To do the activity, O labels the item on the card and then circles the correct initial consonant using a wipe off marker. She loves this simple and fun activity!

  4. Hello.
I have been reading your wonderful and organized blog for some time now, on the occasion at least.(Thank you so much for your inspirations, by the way, and for taking the time to share these wonderful experiences with all of us!) I often wonder, how old is O? I wonder for the reason that I want an idea of what age in particular you are designing your activities for, so that I have an idea of when may be a good time to introduce them to my little monkey.
    Thank you!

  5. When you say O labels the cards, do you mean she writes the entire word? Is she still 3? If so, can you share how you got her to write complete words already? AMAZING!

  6. No! She doesn't write the word, she just says it...sorry for the confusion. She is into writing lately, so we've started handwriting without tears so she'll start off the right way :)
