What to do with old inedible celery??? Put it in water colored with food coloring to see what happens, of course! O had fun mixing the water and food coloring and then watching the celery change colors. She was excited and amazed when the celery started turning colors. Simple and fun (and educational!).

This is a favorite of ours, too! We like to split a stalk and let it sit in two different cups of color. Try it with O - she'll love the mixed result!
