O painted on a canvas for the 1st time today. Yay! I was much more excited than she was :) She started by making continuous circles while saying "o, o, o." Then she made some dots and put her hand in the paint and attempted to paint around it.
I orginally planned to give it to my dad for his bday, but I don't think I can part with it :) He'll get her 2nd painting on canvas! Right now its on a shelf in our den on a wooden plate stand. It looks pretty good, so I'll probably keep it there.

great! my mom has my little ones first canvas on her living room wall, where are you planning on putting O's?
