Fun with a Flower Press

I gave the girls a flower press in their April Fun Box, and they were so excited.

Both girls love to pick flowers, and they enjoy arranging them on the paper before smashing them in the flower press.


I thought about making a flower press, but I saw this for only 3 dollars and decided it would be much easier to just buy it :) It's simple and well made, and it will be a great addition to our nature bag.

    We got ours from Montessori Services, on clearance in the winter. I think it was around $3.

    My girls just removed their flowers from my sister's wedding.

    Also, congrats on the cover and mention of your blog in the Bowman book! Wow :)

    I found it at a local specialty shop/restuarant last fall. I think this type of thing is usualy on clearance in the fall/winter :)

    Thanks, Education of Ours! John Bowman sent me a copy of his new book, and I'd looked at it several times before I noticed that 2 of our pics were on the cover. I should show it to O...she'd be excited :)
